The invited attendees are locally based and a pre-vetted HNWIs (high net-worth individuals) or UHNWIs (ultra high net-worth individuals), each with a guaranteed minimum net-worth of 25-50m US$ and an interest in luxury travel and lifestyle brands. The event is strictly by invitation only and not open to the public, no admission tickets are available for sale.

Our team will work closely with you to create the best suitable stand. We try to maintain a subtle ‘living-room’ environment without overly-aggressive branding. Every brand will receive a branded “Salon X” backdrop with your logo, 2 chairs and/or a sofa as well as a table and lights.

Alternatively we can offer AV where you can show a promo-video or slideshow of your brand.

 

Each brand representative will meet each attending HNW guest.

Our well trained hostesses will make personal introductions and guests arrive in pre-booked time slots which guarantees a steady guest-flow and private, intimate event environment.

The book is part of the invitation, each HNW guests receives a hand-delivered copy together with a personal, hand-written invitation for Salon X 2020.
